Medicover targets TikTok to engage with younger audience and grow Medistore marketplace
Multinational hospitals chain Medicover has expanded its collaboration with Poland-based digital agency Performance Group to include TikTok campaigns aimed at engaging younger audiences.
The partnership, which began in 2024 with consulting on digital advertising systems and Big Data, now focuses on content marketing and growing the Medistore marketplace presence on the platform. TikTok campaigns launched in late 2025 under this agreement target awareness of online health service options, such as medical visits and diagnostic tests.
The long-term partnership involves TikTok initiatives starting in recent weeks, with Performance Group selected for their expertise in reaching younger demographics and aligning with Medicover’s e-commerce goals.
